Lucky View is a full design and build semi-detached project completed by our architectural division, Trace Design + Build. Envisioned as a modern contemporary residence, Lucky View was strategically designed to unlock the full potential of its 3,275 sqft plot of land.

The articulated forms in the architecture unveiled intimate roof terraces and a captivating mezzanine on the ground floor. Drawing inspiration from the allure of contemporary homes in Australia and North America, the house features a well-balanced façade that gracefully transitions from day to night.

As you step in, minimalistic elegance takes center stage. Light flows through the space and the open plan creates an airy atmosphere, inviting nature’s touch inside.

Through the articulated forms, this semi-detached house boasts a total of 4 roof terraces, where each terrace serves as a private, open-air sanctuary for the homeowners to bask in nature’s embrace.

Transcending boundaries, Lucky View is a modern-day sanctuary, fit for the title of The Modern Modes.
