Coldstream is a multigenerational home that celebrates the timeless elegance of luxe minimalist design. When we first met with the homeowners, their vision for the home was resolute – to seek a full revamp from inside out, coupled with minor A&A works at the car porch area.

Beyond aesthetics, this project ’The Grand Serenade' is designed to harmonize the needs of a multigenerational household.

With the nature of a semi-detached house in mind, we focused on optimising the flow of natural light from the entrance, to the core of the home where the living and dining area sits.

Tactfully concealing a structural column in the middle, stands a stunning 360º storage display that also gives space for a mounted TV.

Crisp lines, rich textures and materials set the stage for an elegant composition that captivates both opulence and understated refinement.
